Maintenance and upkeep of conveyor rollers:

1. The normal service life of the conveyor roller is over 20000 hours and generally does not require maintenance. However, according to the location of use and the size of the load, corresponding maintenance dates should be established, timely cleaning and oil injection maintenance should be carried out, and floating coal should be cleaned in a timely manner. Any abnormal noise or non rotating rollers should be replaced in a timely manner.

When replacing bearings, the opening of the bearing cage must be facing outward. After installing the bearing into the roller, appropriate clearance should be maintained and it should not be crushed.

3. Labyrinth seals should use original accessories and should be installed separately into the rollers during assembly. They should not be assembled together.

4. When using the intermediate roller, it is necessary to strictly prevent heavy objects from hitting the roller tube body.

5. To ensure the sealing performance and usability of the roller, it is prohibited to disassemble the roller at will.
