Material composition

The rubber of the drum can also effectively prevent the sliding friction between the drum and the belt, reduce the material bonding on the surface of the drum, and reduce the deviation and wear of the belt.

Breakdown maintenance

Because the conveyor pulley is made of metal material, it is affected by vibration shock and other compound force during production and operation, which will lead to the belt drum bearing position wear and other faults. For the maintenance of conveyor roller, the traditional methods include surfacing welding, thermal spraying, brush crossing, etc., but there are some drawbacks: the thermal stress generated by high temperature welding cannot be completely eliminated, which is easy to cause material damage, resulting in bending or breaking of components; The brush plating is limited by the thickness of the coating, easy to peel off, and the above two methods are metal repair metal, can not change the "hard to hard" cooperation relationship, under the combined action of various forces, will still cause wear again. In contemporary Western countries, polymer composite materials are used to repair the above problems, and the most widely used is the Fushe blue technology system, which has super adhesive force, excellent compressive strength and other comprehensive properties, and can be disassembled and machining free.
